Sous Vide Creme Brûlée


  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 7 Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 TB Vanilla Bean Paste

Yields about 8 4oz servings.

Set Sous Vide temp to 176 Degrees

Mix Egg Yolks Salt and Sugar together until it is light in color and sugar is mostly dissolved .

Mix in Heavy Whipping Cream and Vanilla Bean Paste to Egg Mixture.

Separate into Jars and put into Sous Vide

Cook for 1hr.
